continuous casting is a manufacturing process used in steel industries to manufacture low carbon grades to high carbon to low alloy and high quality pipeline grades. Since the metals are casted using high temperature, an efficient cooling mechanism should be deployed in the continous casting area to maintain the manufacturing process. A secondary cooling process using mist cooling systems is the most soughted technology which keeps the environment cool as well as increased productivity and better product quality.
